returns policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return goods with 14 days of purchase - but please make yourself aware of our returns policy conditions below:

Any goods bought using this website and paid for via the online checkout can be returned, but the buyer has to pay for the cost of returning the goods themselves. Any returns sent by post will need to be sent by Recorded Delivery Only with a tracking number provided so the goods are traceable. Items under the value of £20 are to be sent by 2nd Class Recorded Post and items exceeding £20 in value by 1st Class Recorded Post. International returns are unfortunately not accepted.

All items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent. We will fit a coded security zip tag in a prominent place on the item prior to shipping - please do not remove this tag until you decide to keep the item, and you are happy that it fits you correctly. Any garments returned that have had the tag removed will not be eligible for a refund.

We will never knowlingly misrepresent an items condition or measurements, and any faults or flaws detected will be clearly listed in the description with the term 'As Described' stated. If you find a major fault or the measurements are incorrect, then we will be happy to offer a refund accordingly. Please note that due to the nature of pre-worn and vintage clothing, small flaws and faults may occur with wearing and further laundering etc. We cannot be held responsible for these faults that may occur later, once the garment has been worn, only for the condition the item is sold in 'as described' at the point of sale.
